The Collaboration Choir Ltd, Suite G041 Quality Court, London, WC2A 1HR
The Collaboration Choir is an all year well being experience with music at it’s heart. The £30 a month subscription covers at least 30-weeks of rehearsals, a vibrant social calendar, fab song arrangements with brilliant learning resources, access to a bespoke member-only app to stay connected, lots of local performance opportunities, the chance to take part in larger scale special fundraising projects, extra curricular workshops and choir touring experiences.
It began life in Cambridgeshire in April 2022 led by Carrie Rawlings. The song repertoire is made up of Pop songs that make your toes tap and your heart soar. Members get to suggest songs they’d like to sing via our bespoke member-only app. You don’t need to read music or have done anything like this before. We are a choir for anyone aged 18+ so come along and try out one of our sessions. You won’t regret it!
Any adults aged 18 or over are welcome at The Collaboration Choir.

Each choir rehearsal is 90-minutes long and includes tips and tricks to get you warmed up and ready to sing. Each week you’ll then cover one of the brilliant songs from our repertoire, learning harmony parts which layer up, breathing new life into well-known tunes which energise the room into singing their socks off!
No, definitely not! Everyone is welcome. #singingforall is our motto!

Your wonderful self of course, a lyric sheet for the song(s) we’re learning that week which you can either print out or bring it on a digital device to save on paper. If you’re attending a free trial these words will be available to you via your online portal on the day of rehearsal but will also be emailed to you by your Choir Director. Bring a named bottle of water to stay hydrated and wear something comfortable and easy to move in as singing is a whole body experience!
It’s easy – just head HERE
Once you become a member you will have access to great online resources to enhance your learning even when you’re not at rehearsal. These are in the form of Lyric Sheets, MP3’s of the music being sung to you by one of our talented team per harmony part and Video Tutorials as and when required for extra help with the routines. We don’t provide any sheet music as we prefer everyone to be “singing from the same hymn sheet” literally!
All the above resources can all be accessed by via THE COLLAB LOUNGE on our website or inside our bespoke member-only app which is free to download from any app store. Just head there and search for: The Collaboration Choir. For iOS for Apple devices head HERE. For the link for Androids on Google Play head HERE.
Yes, that’s the plan. Every term there will be a chance to sing in front of people, if you want to. Our main aim is to collaborate within our local communities and fundraise for those in need through musical events and performances.
Carrie, the founder, comes from a performance and events background so is very keen to get The Collaboration Choir out on the town and has lots of ideas on how to do it. We’d love to hear your ideas too so feel free to share them with your Choir Director.
Of course not. It’s completely your call. There are performances of all shapes and sizes to get your teeth into though so ask your Choir Director if you’re interested. You could always try a short performance to see how it makes you feel before committing to a longer concert-type affair.
Oh yes! Not only do we collaborate with you, the singers, the local community in terms of performing and fundraising but it’s also within our remit to spread some Collaboration Choir love to local businesses in the form of social activity.
Each term we have a two week break so our 30-weeks of rehearsals are more spread out across the year. And because we don’t really break in rehearsals we use one of our half term weeks to get social, learn new skills, go on walking tours or have a quiz night. The options are endless and are curated by our fab social teams at each choir location.
Suggestions on this front are most welcome so get chatting to your Choir Director or Social Team about what’s fun to do socially in your local town and we’ll get booking it in!
Yes! We run a 10-week Autumn Term, a 10-week Spring Term and a 10-week Summer Term but projects, activities, performances, socials and events happen on top. Something is on offer every month of the year. If you’re unsure about when to come along please drop us a line by clicking HERE.
There is no charge for your FREE trial week. After that it’s £30 per month as part of a rolling monthly subscription payment. We don’t offer a pay-as-you-go service. If you or a visiting guest need to attend a single session as a one off please chat to the Choir Director as we can accept one off payments of £15 in some instances.
The simple answer is yes but there is a 28 day notice period from the date of cancellation.
To do this head into The Collab Lounge and select ‘Subscriptions & Payments’ within the menu. Once there, scroll down as there’s a cancel button. That activates your 28 notice period, one more £30 payment will be due and one of the team will be in touch to confirm it all. You are welcome to attend rehearsals and events during your notice period.
