THE EVENT: Cambridge Race For Life
This year I’d like us to bed in and make the morning more of a picnic/performance affair so be prepared to pack a chair, some snacks and a flask and let’s sing these lovely people round the course. We’ve been SO lucky with the weather over the past few years so let’s hope the sun shines on us again and makes the riverside sparkle.

THE LOCATION: Jesus Green, Cambridge, Victoria Lane, CB4 3BD
We are usually on the circular piece of concrete facing the river just by the kiosk, tennis courts and what was the public toilets.

DATE: Sunday 29th June 2025

ARRIVAL: 10:00am

PERFORMANCE: 11:00am

END OF PERFORMANCE: 12:30pm/1:00pm

THE SONGS: Everything will get an outing!

UNIFORM: The Collaboration Choir uniform colour palette is: Navy, Teal & White

CLOTHING:If you have a Collaboration Choir T-shirt please wear it with dark navy jeans or trousers. For the summer months white bottoms, pedal pushers or shorts are permitted. These can be in dark navy denim, plain navy or white. No black bottoms or leggings please. And if you don’t have a CC t-shirt or hoodie then a plain white or navy top is okay. White shirts are also fine.

FOOTWEAR:Please wear plain navy shoes. Navy, white or silver trainers are also welcomed with matching plain socks. Feel free to wear sparkly trainers. If it ends up being super hot open toe sandals are permitted but try and make sure they are secured with a buckle. Flip flops are not suitable for this event as we’re on a raised stage. Think comfortable chic!

OUTSIDE EVENTS: As this event is outside please feel free to wear your Collaboration Choir hoody or bomber jacket. You may also layer up from the inside with long sleeve tops or thermals but please try to keep them to White or Navy. I’d like the CC logo on display for the performance.

EXTRAS: I meant it when I said bring a chair and a pack up. It can be a long stand so I know that puts some people off. Instead, this year, let’s meet early and have a picnic brunch before it all kicks off.
