They have all performed alongside the deeply soulful and ever-so-lovely Lizzie Deane, who leads The Collaboration Choir in Bedford, Woburn Sands and Milton Keynes.Though she has performed with a glittering array of stars and graced the legendary Glastonbury stage, Lizzie remains refreshingly down-to-earth. With a huge passion for ‘passing on the music’, she enjoys sharing her infectious love of singing, believing that a fun, nurturing approach helps choir members to thrive. Seeing friendships flourish and members grow in confidence are amongst her favourite aspects of leading a choir, alongside being able to devise sensational song arrangements!Lizzie, whose voice has been described as a ‘powerful, show-stopping instrument’, grew up in the Midlands immersed in a soundtrack of Etta James, Aretha Franklin, The Jacksons and Stevie Wonder. A born performer, she always bagged the solos at school, and aged 10 slipped on ruby slippers to play Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.
